• Conduct a Personnel Practices Assessment that reviews job descriptions, salary administration plan, and benefits packages creating a clear picture of available skill sets, training needs redundancies, and capacity for staff development .
• Conduct a Resource Development Assessment to identify systems and practices that move the organization to the next level of development expertise
• Conduct a Marketing and Communications Audit that reviews all marketing materials and media relations for consistency and impact
